Synopsis
The set is in Tokyo. These nine dolls were escorted to the living room, the downtown, the old town and the industrial region – an ultimate documentary movie of love. Some dolls stand lovely and some dolls stand weak. Some dolls are slender and some dolls are well-rounded. They just rely on you but they never become abusive. And they are beautiful and soft. So beautiful that I can’t stop holding you!
No matter how time flies, the beauty of the dolls never ever lose their luster. And today, somewhere in Tokyo, the eternal beauty of the nine dolls is waiting for somebody.

Director’s Note
There are people who love love dolls, originally manufactured as sex toys, as much or more than human beings. In this film, I attempted to visualize the daydreams that these people must have had. Inspired by a Bunraku performance I recalled the erotic sensation of that moment when inorganic dolls seemed to be alive.
