DIRECTOR’S NOTE
I met actors GON and Reiko Takada and hit it off with them, and we decided to make a film together.
I mixed the real emotions of them, who were in their late 20s at the time of the filming, with my own bad memories from long ago, when I used to linger around thinking, “This is a comfortable place, but I can’t go on like this. But I’ll start working tomorrow.”
